In the middle of the pandemic comes a new regional

The airline Nella Airlines promises to go into operation to fill a gap that traditional companies will not be able to fill, the company bets.
The idea is to operate with smaller regional aircraft in order to serve locations that will not be served by the largest companies due to the impact of the pandemic.
Larger companies will be interested and limited to the main destinations and routes most capable of generating traffic and revenue, believes the company.
This opens up space for smaller operators to make calls between smaller cities and reconnect these markets that are likely to lack air transport during the post-pandemic phase.
The proposal looks interesting and intends to start with 4 ATR-42 models.
Headquartered in Brasília, the company intends to serve the north, northeast and midwest regions.
Although it already has 140 employees, the company still has no forecast for starting operations.
An interesting initiative of the company is the care for the physical and emotional health of its employees and future passengers and in order to achieve results in this very important area in the present context, the company has been living with several artists on its social networks and contributing to maintain high morale between these communities.
The employees will also have medical assistance to ensure the health of the men and women on their team.

He is a professional with almost four decades of experience in aviation. Having worked at Rio Sul and TAM in the 1980s and in the 1990's, joined Vasp where he spent 10 years in the Engineering area. He then created and operated the website www.aerospace.com.br for 4 years, now extinct and in 2004 he joined Gol, having stayed until 2017 and passed in various technical and business areas.
