Azul is the world's first says Trip Advisor

According to Trip Advisor, the Brazilian company Azul Linhas Aéreas is the best airline in the world.
The airline won the TripAdvisor Travelers Choice Award 2020, becoming the first national airline to achieve such a feat.
Since 2018 the company has been among the top 10 and this year reached the top of the ranking. As if that weren't enough, it took the Best Economy Class in the World and the Best Low Cost in Latin America.

The award is granted based on the comments and rankings of the users of the trip advisor, which reinforces the importance of the award since it is based on the perception of the public using air transport about the quality of the company.
Other companies defeated by Azul but well placed in the ranking are Singapore Airlines, Korean Airlines, Japan Airlines, companies with global reach. Some of the best companies however have regional reach and surprised flanking the largest in the world, they are Jet2.com, Air New Zealand among others.
To celebrate the award, whose great importance two highlighted by executive Kanika Soni, Chief Commercial Officer of Trip Advisor, Azul used an ATR-72 from the company to design a large company logo in the skies of Brazil.
The company has stood out during the pandemic, managing to make more flights and carry more passengers than its competitors (although Gol is right behind) and has also shown convincing financial results, increasing its cash position despite revenue shortfalls coming from the pandemic.
