Executive aviation company, Amaro Aviation, has shared ownership model

The new private airline of executive aviation started its operations in Brazil. The company founded by Marcos Amaro, son of commander Rolim Amaro, one of the pioneers of aviation in Brazil and founder of Tam - Today LATAM Airlines - has a concept of fractional ownership.

Marcos, in addition to being a businessman and an artist, is a former owner of the Óticas Carol chain and founder of the FAMA Museum.

The company operates in aircraft management and, in the future, intends to act as an air taxi.

The company, which has a partnership with C_FLY Aviation, has another name known in Brazilian aviation at the helm. David Barioni, former VP of Gol and former president of Tam in the 2000s, assumes the position of CEO and partner at Amaro Aviation.

Francisco Lyra, CEO and partner of C_FLY Aviation and CEO of GATGRU (Guarulhos Airport's general aviation terminal), is the name behind the company's infrastructure area.

João C. Mellão, name who worked in the organization of the FIFA World Cup in Brazil and was responsible for the corporate sale of packages for the Hospitality Program of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, the FIFA World Cup in Russia and the Tokyo Olympic Games , will now be responsible for marketing and commercial for the company.

Décio Yoshimoto is the partner responsible for the company's finance. He is also a partner at C_FLY Aviation and has previously worked at General Motors in Brazil.

Commander Carlos Eduardo Ribeiro do Valle completes Amaro Aviation's membership. With 25 years of experience as a pilot, he has more than 10,000 hours of flight, having piloted executive jets and helicopters.

In a note, the company says it has the largest fleet of Gulfstream jets in the country under its management. Pilatus PC-12 is one of the aircraft that the company will operate.
