During this weekend's Cocoa Beach Air Show, a very traditional air event in Florida, a TBM Avenger - classic WWII torpedo bomber, which soon became the most effective and most used torpedo bomber of the war - was filmed falling over the sea right after an engine failure.

The plane manufactured in the 1940s by General Motors under license from Grumman was flying in its presentation above the sea, a few meters from the strip of sand, when it crashed over the sea, very close to bathers.

The aircraft suffered a loss of power, but it is not yet known whether the low flight was the result of the problem or if it was part of the presentation of which the plane made.

The plane ended up being pushed by the waves and stopped quite close to the strip of sand. Information also points out that the pilot and that no bather was injured.
