The company reported revenue of 2.2 billion euros in the first quarter of 2021, which represents a 57% drop in earnings compared to the year 2020. Net profit was -1.5 billion euros, and the registered debt is 12.5 billion; 1.5 billion more than recorded at the end of last year.

The company had, on March 31 of this year, 8.5 billion euros of capital, and in April this number increased by 4 billion due to measures to strengthen the balance sheet. The cash position also increased by 1 billion euros.

Air travel is being restricted all over the world and, due to the blockade in France, the expectation for the company is that the next quarter will have results similar to the first. The prospects are still mixed, but it is expected that in the middle of the second quarter the capacity in seat-kilometers will start to increase as a result of vaccination in Europe.
