Pilot dies in accident with French fighter in the USA

An accident with a Dassault Mirage F1M fighter that occurred on Monday, May 24, resulted in the death of a pilot. The accident occurred after takeoff from Nellis Air Force Base, in the state of Nevada, in the United States. The fighter belonged to Draken International, a company that offers aggressor services, that is, aerial combat training.
The aircraft crashed in Las Vegas, in a residential area, causing the death of the pilot, whose identity was not disclosed.
Another Mirage fighter in aggressor operations also crashed in February in Florida. The pilots ejected and survived.
The accident is being investigated by the National Transport Safety Board, the NTSB.
