Last Wednesday, June 9, Latam Brasil announced that it will resume 62% of its domestic capacity in June, compared to June 2019. In May 2021, the company operated 49.8% of its capacity. The projection was measured in ASK (seat per kilometer available).
Latam expects to fly this month an average of 310 daily flights to 44 destinations in Brazil.
In relation to international flights, the company's projection is that 15% of its capacity will be resumed, to eleven destinations, between Europe and the Americas.
Latam's fleet currently has 149 aircraft, but 28 of them are still out of operation, parked at the airports in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and also at the company's base in São Carlos.
