The Japanese company Skymark made a special painting on one of their aircraft. The Boeing 737-800 was painted in the Pokémon franchise theme, in honor of its 25th birthday. The plane also received interior themed decorations to celebrate the franchise's anniversary.

The company's self-service platforms for themed flights also received decorations from the most famous Pokémon in the franchise. The disposable cups where drinks are sold during the flight received Pokémon prints and the packaging of the chocolates that passengers receive during the flight also bring his face.

Flight attendants dress up in custom outfits during the flight to make the passenger feel like they're in the Pokémon universe. Paintings of famous designs are common on Japanese aircraft.

The Boeing, dubbed the Pikachu Jet, is operating on domestic routes in the country and is having great success.
