Antonov An-28 makes an emergency landing; aircraft was badly damaged

One of the few Antonov An-28 still in operation, it flew with Siberian Light Aviation and registered RA-28728. The aircraft was flying 42 between the city of Kedrovy and the city of Tomsk (Siberia) when it stopped communicating with the radar.
On board the plane were 19 people, two of the crew and the rest of passengers.

The aircraft made an emergency landing in an inaccessible forest, and all occupants were found alive. A possible engine failure could have caused the accident.
The crew, however, did not report any anomalies during the flight.
The plane's flight was reportedly delayed by about 10 hours due to bad weather conditions.
