The National Civil Aviation Agency (Anac) and the Civil Aviation Authority (AAC) of the United Kingdom signed a Work Agreement for the Continuity of Validation Projects.

The agreement aims to establish the procedures that must be followed in cases of acceptance processes for airworthiness approvals and tests for validation of aeronautical products

In fact, the main theme of the agreement is on matters that had already been discussed and initiated with EASA, the aeronautical authority responsible for aviation matters throughout the European Union. However, with the formalization of the United Kingdom's exit from the European Union, Brexit, its aeronautical authority becomes different, requiring a new discussion on the themes.

The agreement says that CAA will make efforts to obtain all information associated with the original issue with EASA and update ANAC.

The Labor Agreement is available on the International Agreements page of Anac's Airworthiness Superintendence, and is accessible via the external link below.
