Nella Linhas Aéreas is undergoing an expansion process. The newest step towards this goal was the purchase of another airline: Venezuelan Albatros Airlines.
Albatros Airlines will continue to operate under the name Albatros by Nella. The Venezuelan company's fleet is Boeing 737-500, Embraer 120 Brasília and Airbus A320. Nella has ambitious plans for the Venezuelan airline, adding a Boeing 777 that will be in charge of the company's long-haul flights.

Nella did not disclose the sale, which Albatros did. The transaction amount was also not disclosed.
The Holding's next step is to continue working on certification, with the company's first aircraft being the Airbus A320. After certification, the company still has to win the Concession Grant by the Federal Government before starting to operate on a regular basis.
