Brazil will receive a new airport hub, which will be located in Aparecida de Goânia. Aeronautical companies such as Quick Aviação, Agrícola Cunha, H.Egídio Group, Sementes Santa Fé, Tecnoseg Group and Andreia Dourado have already acquired lots.
Construction began on July 15th. The construction divided into phases, is in the first, of four. The first phase includes the earthmoving part of the land and is scheduled to be completed in 2024, with 72 lots already delivered and with the runway 1800 meters long and 30 meters wide. And it will be able to receive from small planes to planes the size of the Embraer Legacy 600.
The Hangars will have between 1000 m² and 1500 m². In this first phase, all infrastructure for the hangars must be delivered, such as electricity, water supply system, asphalt paving and the entire closed area with a monitored gatehouse, and water and energy must be made available in 2023.
The pole may receive signs and lighting powered by solar energy, in addition to ditches for draining rainwater from the runway. “The entire area of the project makes us self-sustainable. We are designing a project to verify if it is financially viable to apply water reuse technology”, said Breno Luiz Rojas, manager responsible for the work.
