Thanks to the vaccination, life is slowly returning to what it used to be. Latam, through the Solidarity Plane Program, participates in the transport of immunization agents to the destination airports. In this way, the company has already transported more than 100 million doses throughout Brazil free of charge, contributing to the advancement of immunization as quickly as possible.

The amount of doses transported by Latam represents more than half and all the immunizations against covid are already airborne in the country.

Almost 1500 flights were carried out with loads of immunizing agents throughout all Brazilian states. Latam Cargo flights lead this operation in Brazil.

The milestone was reached today (08/09), but the company's contribution goes further. Latam, since the beginning of the pandemic, has been taking actions to help alleviate the damage by transporting PPE, medicines and health professionals to wherever they are needed. Not only in Brazil, but the actions take place throughout Latin America. The company also contributed to NGO social projects.

“The milestone of 100 million vaccines transported free of charge to all regions of Brazil fills us with pride and represents much more than a number. It means the effort of each employee to shorten distances and take hope further. The fight against this pandemic belongs to all of us in civil society and Latam is happy to have put what it has best, the agility and range of its plane, for the benefit of people's lives”, says the CEO of Latam Brasil , Jerome Cadier.
