Amaszonas, a Bolivian airline controlled by Nella Airlines, announced on its social networks that it has achieved 100% vaccination of its crew. It is the first company in Bolivia to achieve this goal and one of the first in the region.
On social networks, the company states that “Amaszonas is the first airline in all of Bolivia that has 100% of its personnel vaccinated against the Covid-19 virus. That's because we prioritize your safety on every flight you take with us”.
Originally, the company expected to resume its operations in Brazil on September 15th, but after a delay, the new forecast is for October 1st. Four weekly flights will be offered between Santa Cruz de La Sierra and São Paulo in Embraer E190 aircraft for up to 112 passengers. According to the flight register of the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC), from December the flights will be daily.
