An accident involving An-26 in Russia leaves six dead

An Antonov An-26 that had disappeared on September 22 near the city of Khabarovsk, in the far east of Russia, had its wreckage located on September 23 and according to Russian news agency TASS, there are no survivors.
The aircraft belonged to a company called Letnye Proverki I Sistemy (Inspections and Flight Systems) and carried six people in order to check the airport's communications equipment.
An emergency services source told TASS that "according to preliminary data, there are no survivors of the plane crash."
One of the members of the search group told the local news agency Khabarovsk Today that “the crew actually had little chance of surviving, the largest fragment of the aircraft was no more than half a meter long, they crashed into the mountain. at full speed”.
According to the Russian Ministry and Emergency Services, the wreckage of the aircraft was located by a Mi-8 helicopter and rescue workers are on their way to the scene. “The plane crashed into difficult terrain. A group of ground personnel and equipment is moving to the accident site,” the Ministry told TASS.
In addition to the An-26, the Letnye Proverki I Sistemy also has an An-24.
