Chinese turboprop has uncertain future after engine export permit denied

As reported here, the Comac C919 jet is suffering from enforced certification delays (read the article on the external link below). Another Chinese plane, this time the M700 turboprop is passing through similar western obstacles. Xian Aircraft's plane was exported by Pratt engines
