Demand for flights is gradually rising, so take-offs are up 87.3% to 53% of pre-pandemic levels. The mesh also continues to grow. See the main points:
The RPK (passenger-paid kilometers transported) increased 87.5% compared to the same period in 2020. The absolute number was 5.9 billion. The ASK (Seat-Kilometer Offered) increased 82.4% compared to 2020.
Cost per Seat-Kile Offered (CASK) was 36.64 cents, representing 15.9% less compared to the same period last year. Costs incurred strictly related to operated flights (adjusted CASK) corresponded to 21.66 cents, an increase of 6.3%.
The number of passengers transported in 3Q21 was 4.9 million, representing an increase of 91.7% compared to 2020. These numbers led to net revenue of around 1.9 billion reais, representing an increase of 96, 4% compared to the same period in 2020.
The average occupancy rate increased by 2 p.p compared to the same period in 2020, reaching 81.5%. Thus, the use of aircraft was 10.2 hours/day, an increase of 52.2% compared to the same period in 2020.
For 4Q21, Gol will have 3.8 billion reais in liquidity, already considering cash, accounts receivable and deposits. The adjusted net debt should have the value of 15.8 billion reais on 12/31/2021.
