multiSim is a Dutch startup specializing in specific simulators for flight training. Yesterday, November 12th, Embraer signed an MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) with the startup to discuss potential defense and dual-use training.
multiSIM develops simulators for collaborative crew training based on a highly scalable software framework.
Joint research and development of technologies and new developments for Embraer products and programs may be included in the agreement. Embraer, when seeking training, continues to seek innovative solutions by creating partnerships that will bring benefits to both companies.
Anyway, Embraer is investing in the defense market. In October of this year, Embraer signed an MoU with Fokker Services and Fokker Techniek aiming at more activities in the defense, commercial aviation and services market
