Although the new wave of the pandemic caused by the omicron variant appears to be faster than the others, infections are still growing in the world, forcing Latam Colombia to cancel 14% of its operations until February 28.
The routes connecting Bogotá with Medellín and Cali with Cartagena will be the most affected. In this way, passengers are instructed to check the status of their flights through the company's digital channels.
If the passenger has been affected, the request for a refund of the tickets can be made, as well as the change of the route.
