Sky High Aviation Services intends to expand its operations with regional jets. The company must choose between Airbus A320, Airbus A321 or Embraer E190.

Sky High Services had its flights to Nicaragua approved by the Civil Aviation Council (JAC) of the Dominican Republic. In addition, new routes to Cuba were also approved.

The company has authorization for the use of aircraft with up to 60 passengers and a maximum weight of 8165 kilograms. Thus, the company's current fleet has two Embraer ERJ-145s and a contract for the lease of two Airbus A321-200s, which operate for Sky Cana.

The company has asked the US Department of Transportation to change its Foreign Air Carrier Permit (FACP) so that it can also operate large aircraft.

The new routes will initially be operated by the Embraer ERJ145 with capacity for 50 passengers. The company may operate cargo, mail and scheduled and non-scheduled passenger transport flights.
