Amaro Aviation closes agreement for the acquisition of twelve aircraft

In agreement with Synerjet Corp, Amaro Aviation, a Brazilian executive aviation company, is expected to acquire up to 12 pilatus aircraft by 2028, in an agreement worth around 500 million reais, one of the largest investments by companies and executive aviation.
Synerjet Corp's order includes 4 PC-24 jets and up to 8 PC-12 NGX turboprops, which can be delivered gradually until 2028. Synerjet Corp. will purchase 1/8 of each plane.
“The partnership with Synerjet Corp, distributor of Pilatus Aircraft in Latin America, brings us a new positioning in the executive aviation market, in addition to allowing customers absolute flexibility to operate in several airports, where other aircraft do not operate, thus reducing the total time to the destination”, said Marcos Amaro, founder of Amaro Aviation.
The CEO of Synerjet Corp, José Eduardo Brandão, says: "Our partnership with Amaro Aviation was expanded thanks to the entrepreneurial capacity of Marcos Amaro and his team of talented professionals, high technology, safety, flexibility and low operating cost products offered by Pilatus Aircraft and the quality of services provided by Synerjet Corp at its facilities at the Santa Catarina airport.”
Amaro Aviation has 10 aircraft in its fleet of three different models. (Pilatus PC-12NGX, PC-24 and Gulfstream G550). The company also supplies the planes in a share format. In addition, the company manages the fleet.
