Azul is elected the company with the highest punctuality and best services of 2021

Azul received the award for the best airline in terms of services offered at airports and also the most punctual. Grades were assigned by travelers through the Passenger Satisfaction Survey. The Aviação Brasil Award is an initiative of the Ministry of Infrastructure (MInfra) and the National Commission of Airport Authorities (Conaero).

John Rodgerson, president of Azul, highlights that it is very gratifying to receive awards based on customer recognition. more than 50,000 national air transport customers were interviewed at air terminals throughout Brazil, as part of the Passenger Satisfaction Survey carried out by the National Civil Aviation Secretariat (SAC).

Airports also had their performance evaluated, with Recife airport being recognized as the most punctual airport with movement between 5 and 10 million people.

Cascavel airport was elected the best in the “Regional” category and led the southern region.

Montes Claros, Macapá and Campinas Grande airports received the best evaluations for the Southeast, Midwest and Northeast, respectively.
