Yesterday, 13th, Itapemirim issued an internal communiqué to employees announcing that it had been sold to investors. The message is signed by the president of Itapemirim, Adalberto Bogsan.
The company that bought Itaperim is Baufaker Consulting, a company controlled and financed by Brazilians. There is still no detailed information about values ""or investments. The two companies should meet in the coming days to define what the future will be like.
There are no details about the business plan, but the company's new management must deal with debts from suppliers, airports and employees, as Itapemirim suspended its operations amid many controversies, such as lack of payments. Some former employees reported not even being able to get the income report to do the income tax.
Itapemirim says it will hold meetings for negotiations with everyone it owes, including suppliers, employees and customers.
The letter says the company must acquire five (previous-generation) Airbus A320ceo.
