Grupo Latam plans to operate at 83% of its pre-pandemic capacity this month (measured in available seat kilometers – ASK). The group already offers 144 routes across 22 countries, as it did before the Covid-19 pandemic crisis. The Colombian market is still the only one that has fully recovered so far, operating above pre-pandemic levels. There will be 1347 flights every day.
Furthermore, the Group is forecast to recover 85% of its total capacity by the end of the year. All these forecasts are subject to the evolution of the pandemic in the countries where the company operates – Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia and Peru.
See the situation by country:
Brazil: In November, the company projects 89% recovery compared to 2019, with 97% on domestic flights and 80% on international flights.
Chile: LATAM will offer 17 domestic and 26 international routes in November, totaling 78% of its pre-pandemic capacity.
Colombia: Full recovery has already taken place in the Colombian market, with LATAM planning 10% more growth than before the pandemic.
Ecuador: The country was the market in which the LATAM group recorded its lowest growth. Capacity in November will be just 67% compared to pre-pandemic.
Peru: LATAM Peru has already recovered 79% of its pre-pandemic levels. This month, 19 domestic and 27 international routes will be offered.
