The National Union of Airline Companies (SNEA) and the National Union of Aeronauts (SNA) met yesterday, 17, for the sixth round of negotiations for the renewal of the CCT (Collective Convention of the Category) of regular aviation 2022/2023.
At the meeting, the SNEA did not show a final proposal to present to the category. The debate revolved around causes such as: time off; possibility of starting holidays on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays; duration of time on the ground; anticipation of the free pass; voluntary waiver of time off and payment for distance learning.
In addition, the companies said that there will be no proposal for a real increase in wages.
The next meeting was scheduled for next Tuesday (22) for the presentation of the final proposal by the companies. On this day, SNA will do a live on the subject to present to the category.
