Embraer and Ruili Airlines sign LOI for project cooperation

On Friday, March 3, Embraer and the Chinese airline Ruili Airlines signed a letter of intent (LOI) for cooperation strategies between the companies in the supply chain, development and evaluation of projects for sustainable next-generation aircraft.
The agreement is, in fact, a continuation of what had already been signed in November last year. As the two companies are focused on innovative projects, the partnership will continue, and it promises to bear fruit.
“We are looking for partners around the world to share innovative ideas and operational insights, adding expertise to the mission of sustainable aviation. The perspective of Ruili Airlines will be of great value for the development of the Energia Family aircraft”, said Arjan Meijer, President of Embraer Commercial Aviation, at the time of the agreement.
The two sides will further deepen cooperation in aviation product supply, personnel training, aviation technical support and other aspects, and jointly create a China-Pakistan aviation industry cooperation model.
But the plans do not stop there. The partnership is expected to give rise to an aviation industry cluster that can compete internationally, and better integrate with the new development pattern of domestic and international dual circulation.
