Gol presents its results for the month of July

Gol Linhas Aéreas presented its preliminary traffic results for the month of July. The largest domestic company in Brazil has better numbers compared to the same period last year.

In the domestic market, supply (measured in ASK) increased by 0.7% compared to the same period last year. Demand (measured in RPK) grew 5.0% in the period.

The aircraft occupancy rate also grew by 3.4%, reaching 83.4%. Takeoff volume increased by 9.2% and total seats grew by 9.0%.

The relative growth in the international market was strong, with an offer (ASK) of 409 million, representing a 32.2% increase compared to the 309 million of the same period last year. Demand (ASK) was 336 million, representing an increase of 22.2% compared to July last year. The only indicator that was below was aircraft occupancy, which was 82.1%, representing -6.7%.
