Teams of Russian and Italian scientists say they have developed a material to cover antennas and metallic structures that could render planes and ships invisible to enemy radars.

The technology can be applied to 5G cell phone transmission antennas and other long-shaped structures.

The application of the discovery can be military or civilian, in the latter case it could cover structures and antennas in order to prevent them from interfering with air traffic control radars.

In the photo, Russian military aircraft Sukhoi SU-57, which although it is a fifth generation fighter, with supposed stealth capability. Image merely illustrative, as this hunt in various stages of development possibly never benefited from this technology. In the future, who knows?
