The Qatar royal family, which owns several large planes for their personal use, has put up a 747-8 executive for sale, the intended value of the plane is about 500 million dollars (more than 2 billion reais).
The plane has numerous suites, meeting rooms and dorms and can be occupied by about 90 passengers and 14 crew members.
It is possible that the royal family will not miss the plane as much as, according to the MeioNorte website, there are still two more copies of the same model in the fleet, as well as some A-340, A-33 and A320 for family use, all with them executive and luxurious interior.
