The Brazilian airline, Azul Linhas Aéreas, and the company from the Arab Emirates, Emirates, announced an agreement to share flights starting on August 25th. Tickets can be purchased through the companies' website or through travel agencies. The agreement will allow passengers at Guarulhos (SP) airport to connect with Dubai airport.

The plane chosen to fly the route between GRU (São Paulo) and Dubai will be the Boeing 777-300ER with a frequency of five times a week.
Initially, eight routes are included in the agreement, with connections between Guarulhos, SP and Cuiabá (MT), Santos Dumont (RJ), Belo Horizonte (MG), Curitiba (PR), Porto Alegre (RS), Recife (PE), Juazeiro do North (CE) and Belém (PA). In addition, customers will be able to carry out a single check-in and check their luggage from origin to their destination.
