Embraer increases its number of deliveries in the semester; commercial aviation advances

Embraer delivered 43 aircraft in the third quarter of 2023, this result was 30% better than the third quarter of 2022, when 33 aircraft were delivered.

Commercial aviation saw the biggest jump, going from 10 aircraft delivered in the same period last year to 15 this quarter, an increase of 50%. Executive aircraft also showed a 22% jump.

Among commercial aircraft, 6 E175 and 9 E195-E2 were delivered this quarter. Regarding executive aircraft, 28 deliveries were made, 19 light and 9 medium).

In total this year so far, the company has delivered 105 aircraft, compared to 79 in the same period last year. The order backlog was US$17.8 billion, representing an increase of US$500 million compared to the second quarter. The commercial aircraft segment has the largest share of this value, at US$8.6 billion.

Aircraft service and support contracts reached a record value of US$4.8 billion, with even greater growth expected in the coming years.
