According to a report released last Tuesday, August 10, Boeing received 31 orders for commercial aircraft and made a total of 28 deliveries in the month of July.
These numbers draw attention, since of the 28 aircraft delivered in the month, 22 were of the 737 MAX model, which faced commercial difficulties after the two tragic accidents involving this aircraft.
The 787 continues for the fourth consecutive month without any delivery, while Boeing works to repair the model's structural flaws. In 2020, deliveries of the 787 were interrupted twice and the manufacturer was forced to stop production of the aircraft.
In 2021, Boeing has delivered a total of 184 commercial aircraft. So far, the manufacturer has registered 630 orders.
