EmbraerX, Embraer's new business accelerator, has signed an agreement with the Russian company Jet Flight Service (JFS), a global repair and operations services company, with the aim of increasing operational efficiency with the Beacon aircraft maintenance platform. .
“Beacon is easy to use and easy to adopt because it doesn't replace any of our systems. First, it's a communications solution, and second, it's a machine learning tool that builds a database for the technicians of the future,” explains Kirill Trushkovskiy, Director General of Jet Flight Service.
Beacon is EmbraerX's maintenance coordination platform made for all types of aircraft in order to connect operators, maintenance services and mechanics in a more agile way.
Beacon opens the way to a more digital age to serve any manufacturer anytime and with fast service, eliminating inefficient communications and taking better advantage of the services offered.
Embraer says that the Beacon platform has been widely adopted and JFS has recognized it as the most suitable alternative to improve coordination during maintenance operations.
The main advantages of using the platform are related to gaining agility in maintenance cases, reducing downtime, eliminating redundant communications and taking advantage of data-based ideas to improve operations.
