During an air show in Dallas, United States, on Saturday (12), two military planes used in World War II collided in the air, killing six people.
The causes of the accident are not yet known and are being investigated by the NTSB. It is known that no one was injured on the ground.
The Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress was an important four-engine bomber that served in World War II for the US Air Force. The Bell P-63 Kingcobra was an American fighter jet used primarily by Soviet forces.

Hank Coates, president of the company responsible for hosting the air show, confirmed that the company owned both planes and that its fleet is flown by highly trained volunteers, many of whom are retired pilots.
