Gol issues an additional US$9 million in subordinated notes

The airline Gol informed that it concluded today, through its subsidiary Gol Finance, the additional issuance of notes in a total volume of US$ 9 million with a yield of 3.00% and maturity in 2025 (Series B). The purpose is the payment of the aircraft lease agreement.
The announcement was made today (12). The bonds are guaranteed by GLAI and Gol Linhas Aéreas S.A.
The issuance of the Additional Notes led to an increase in the total principal amount of the Senior Secured Amortzing Notes with a yield of 5.00% and due in 2026 (Series A) and Subordinated Secured Amortizing Notes with a yield of 3.00% and due in 2025 (Series B) to $231 million.
"The Additional Notes were issued in exchange for full compliance, at 100% of face value, with certain aircraft lease payment obligations that are under deferral agreements, among other obligations that participating aircraft lessors have chosen to exchange for the Notes Additional", says Gol.
